Elysium members- you may be aware that our Mobility Coach Theresa Larson tragically lost her father in a biking accident. To honor him and help Coach T, we are making the entire Fri 9/12, all day, a memorial WOD. The metcon specifically will be written in his honor. We encourage all of you to show up to the normal classes and support this effort. Note the class schedule has not changed. We will be collecting cash and check donations (make out to Theresa Larson) to assist with whatever she may need in this terrible time. I personally am of the opinion that this is the best way we can assist her- flowers, etc are nice, but at the end of the day this will give her the means to help herself in whatever manner she sees most fit. So, at a minimum, come on out Fri and spread the word, and any donations are appreciated. Thanks! Coach L
I had the pleasure of meeting John Durant at PrimalCon Tulum, and now of reading his book “The Paleo Manifesto”. I highly recommend it to seasoned Primal folk and the newly curious.
