Come check out our 3rd location for FREE! In addition to a FREE one week pass, we also offer a free introductory class every Saturday and now, Sunday at 10am! This class will be instructor led and will give you an idea of how our classes work. You will go through a group warm up, briefing, workout, and cool down. The workout will be tailored to your individual level of fitness, there is no-one to keep up with except yourself. Thanks! https://www.surveymonkey.com/r/379XYFT warmup: coaches’ choice, gymnastics warmup strength: plank holds, alternating with strict pull ups. Add weight to planks if possible, use bands/add weight to pull ups if necessary. (Finish by 35 min into class) metcon: Suggested level scaling: level 1 (scaled): 15 push ups to a box, if unable to do full push ups. Aim for as deep as possible, AVOID knee push ups! 15 KB swings, 35/26lb run 200m AMRAP 20 min. level 2 (RX’d): 15 hand release push ups 15 KB swings, 53/35lb run 200m AMRAP 20 min. level 3 (scaled up): 15 diamond push ups (hands together and directly under the body) 15 KB swings, 70/53lb run 200m AMRAP 20 min.
